1. Refunds

• All sales are final.

• Once services begin, no refunds will be issued.

• Digital products, programs, education, and consultations are non-refundable.

2. Appointment Cancellations

• You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

• Exceptions may be granted at our discretion for emergencies.

3. Packages & Programs

• Multi-session programs are non-refundable once started.

• Sessions may be rescheduled within the program timeframe, subject to availability.

• Unused sessions may not be transferred or carried beyond the program period.

4. No Guarantees

Payment for any service does not guarantee results, outcomes, or improvements.
